BTR has sourced our very own MLS head gasket that can be used on LS2 and 6.0 iron block engines as well as 5.3 and 4.8 blocks using a larger bore cathedral port head. This is an OEM QUALITY DIRECT REPLACEMENT for the LS2 GM 12589227 head gaskets. This gasket has everything you know and love from the GM version: High quality, MLS construction, and the same source produces it as the OEM units!
